Policies
Your pup's safety and well-being is our number one priority. In order for us to be an efficient one-on-one grooming facility, we ask that you take the following policies into consideration.
Cancellations: We understand that life happens, which is why we send out reminder texts/emails. Please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment. After 3 late cancellations, you will be asked to place a deposit in order to book an appointment.
Picking up: Most grooms will be completed within an hour to an hour and a half. Because we are a smaller salon with limited kennel space, we do ask that everyone pick up their pups within in 30 minutes of them being completed. Pickups after that time will be charged a late pick up fee of $20/hr.
Dropping off: In order for us to maintain our schedules, we ask that everyone drop off on time. After 15 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule or will be charged a $10 late drop off fee
